Sorry for the longer time being quiet, but I was doing a 5x piece card commission ^^

Here is the first one, the one I like the most out of the 5 ^^

I had my hands tied a bit with the composition on most cases :/
The guy made the description a bit stiff sometimes. Personally, I'd done it othervise on the resurrection, heal, but thats me

I'm currently playing this card game called Shadow Era, and one of my prime complaints is that abilties in that game aren't dynamic-looking enough. Like for instance, a fireball spell is just depicted as a loose fireball, swirling around on the card. It'd be much better if there'd be a composition like this one involved.

And I'm curious, what'd you have done differently on Resurrection and Heal?

Actually, heal and resurrection are kinda similar.
The pose and face of the solider are nearly identical. It was on purpuse. However, I havent managed to make the wizards look similar :/
Technically I've need to make them look alike on all of the cards, however, I havent managed to do that.
I got a description and while at some cards I could fiddle around with the composition, like with the Fireball's case or Seal, my hands were a bit tied with Heal and Resurrection. Personally I'd done the card a bit differently. Since the guy accepted the primary sketch and I think that he was going for a more simple look, I followed that idea.
But if you ask me, I'd done the mage's look othervise too. That classic mage look is just silly by now

Either way, I like how this turned out. Interesting and nice composition, I was able to play around with different ideas. In the end I decided I'll focus on the balls themselves rather then the mage and I havent regretted it :3

Sadly not MGT, a similar card game. A kinda new group, they are making their own stuff
