Interesting. You have an optical illusion going on here. The lines on the floor to her right throw the floors perspective off. It makes the person on the floor look like he is closer to the viewer than she is. The lines are at a 60 degree angle to the horizon when they should be more like 30-45 degrees.
Hmmm... I'll try and see what you mentioned. Truth to be told, I thought it looks ok this way But I still think that the person dont look as closer to me then the main character x) I'm unsure about the lines tho... need to try and see how it would look like with the new angle Thanks for the input
Nice piece of work, dude. Very much like the attitude/characterization in the face! Saw your notes on stuff you are working on, and I can see how some of that is unfinished? Thing that caught my attention was the structure of the right (forward) foot. Seems off. The smooth abdominal development and back glow from the saber are downright elegant!
Okay... In an image like this, if I mention "right foot", do you assume I meant the foot on the right, or the figure's right foot?
Hehhe well still unfinished As I've written in the desciption some parts are not done, but most of it is kinda striking So yea a WIP is a short of "Work In Progress" So this is pretty much not finished atm ^^ Will be done today (I hope).
Well, considering that her left (to our right) foot is ok, I guess you are talking about the figure's right foot (on our left) ? Well since I havent really worked on it ever since the beggining of the drawing its still just in a silly sketch shape XD Not really accurate Thanks for pointing out tho :3 Got to love people who take time to write critique ^^
And thank you, I really love to play around with light and shadows
