Well ! :aww:
It seems, I have finally finished this piece :faint:
I was a bit nervous about, what will anybody say about my work :aww:

Now, from the art itself :D
I always wanted to make Gimli :D And, after I find out that GH-moNGo is fond of the dwarfs, I was really excited to make an art that maybe function like a gift art at the same time :D
Yes... this art is a gift art, made for :aww:
So.... I made this little piece :aww: It is a brand new technique from me :D And, it was difficult to make, becouse, I not used to this kind of pencilwork :aww:
But I'm happy with the outcome of this work :D

Misc:
Ingers paper
2B and 4B pencil + a white pastell pencil
Mechanical pencil with 2B lead
Work time: nearly 12 hours (I think :D after a time, I didn't count ;p)
Edit: I used Photo reference for this work !

Awesome pic! I really like the details you have in this pic especialy in the wrinkles in his head an under the eyes. Excellent artwork. :D

Marvelous work, but I think the hand could do with more shading to give it more dimension. Great scraggly hair and wrinkled face.
