Actually I "borrowed" an existing design made by another guy here

But yea, its pretty close to Diablo's look from D3's end ^^

I use the old Photoshop CS2 ^^ Will switch to CS5 eventually, but not at the moment

Using a genius PenSketch tablet ^^ (8" x 12")
Nothing fancy

But I can work with it just fine
